Qualifications and Experience:

Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience working with children or young adults in a school or clinical setting is preferred Demonstrated understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to follow individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Adaptable and reliable, with a passion for student development

Core Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and small group behavioral support to students as assigned Implement behavior intervention strategies under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect and record data on student behaviors and progress Maintain open, professional communication with staff, teachers, and families Assist in developing and adapting behavior management plans to meet individual student needs Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment Discover meaningful work in a school-based setting where your expertise as an RBT is integral to student success.
