You're working toward becoming a BCBA. Let's help you get there :) This position is designed to provide opportunities to accrue supervised fieldwork toward BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification . Fieldwork activities, supervision, and documentation are completed in accordance with applicable BACB requirements and your individual supervision plan.

help you become a confident, compassionate BCBA. Are you a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) currently enrolled in a Master's program and working toward your BCBA certification? At Action Behavior Centers (ABC) , our Student Analyst program is designed to help you build clinical experience, complete supervised fieldwork, prepare for the BCBA exam, and grow into the clinician you want to become. You won't be doing this alone. You'll work alongside experienced BCBAs and clinical leaders who are invested in your development from Student Analyst to BCBA and beyond.

Anthony Cammilleri What You'll Do :
As an ABA Student Analyst, you will, Provide early intervention ABA therapy in a center-based setting Work with children approximately 18 months to 13 years old Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans Develop your clinical skills under the supervision and guidance of experienced BCBAs Collaborate with BCBAs, technicians, families, and other members of your clinical team Participate in supervised fieldwork activities aligned with your individual supervision plan To be considered for the Student Analyst role, you must: Be enrolled in an applicable, accredited Master's program Be actively pursuing BCBA certification Have completed approximately 85% of required fieldwork hours (1,700 of 2,000 hours) , where applicable Have completed all required restricted hours, where applicable Be eligible to continue accruing supervised fieldwork toward BCBA certification Be motivated to sit for the BCBA exam within approximately 6 months of joining ABC At ABC, we want you to look back at your time as a Student Analyst and know that it prepared you not just to pass the BCBA exam, but to become the kind of clinician you want to be.
Education and Support Continuing Education:
A minimum of 10+ free CEUs per year in-house, extra funds to attend additional training courses, and 2 paid days off to use for CEU events as a BCBA.
