As a Behavioral Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with behavioral health needs, promoting positive outcomes, and fostering a safe and nurturing environment.Description:

In this role, you'll work directly with children and youth, helping them build essential life skills, improve communication, and gain independence in their daily lives. What You'll Do- Work one-on-one or in small groups with youth to support behavioral and skill development
- Implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based strategies
- Turn everyday moments into opportunities for growth and learning
- Support youth in reducing challenging behaviors and building positive alternatives
- Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team

What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field (preferred)
- Experience working with youth or individuals with special needs (preferred)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (preferred)
- Strong work ethic and a positive, creative approach to problem-solving.
- Must be 18+
Schedule & Program Details:
Our Afterschool Program operates Monday-Friday between 12PM-8PM during the school year and transitions to daytime hours (between 7:30AM-4:30PM) during the summer months. Rotational Saturdays (9AM-4PM) are required year-round for Afterschool staff. Join us and make a meaningful impact.Pay:
$17.00- $20.
