Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Technician and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and individuals with neurodevelopmental disabilities. In this rewarding role, you will implement evidence-based ABA therapy protocols, assist with daily living activities, and support clients in achieving their developmental goals. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, feeding, and hygiene to promote independence and self-care skills Collect and analyze behavioral data accurately to monitor progress and inform treatment plans Implement individualized ABA therapy protocols under supervision, ensuring consistency and fidelity to treatment plans Support clients during direct behavioral therapy sessions, applying behavior management strategies effectively Maintain detailed medical documentation, including progress notes, care plans, and behavioral records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Communicate regularly with clients' families and care teams to provide updates and support adherence to intervention strategies Support the development and implementation of behavior management plans tailored to each client's needs Experience Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, preferably within a school or home-based setting Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques for supporting individuals on the autism spectrum or with neurodevelopmental disorders Experience collecting behavioral data and maintaining accurate medical records in compliance with privacy standards such as HIPAA Familiarity with special education environments or school experience is a plus Demonstrated ability to work compassionately with clients while adhering to professional ethical standards outlined in the Behavior Analyst Certification Board's Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts Previous hands-on experience providing direct behavioral therapy or implementing ABA protocols is highly valued Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support client progress Join us in creating a positive impact through dedicated behavioral health services! Pay:
$13.25 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
