Full-time Work Hours:
Monday and Friday, 10:00 am to 6:30 pm. You will be responsible for delivering, installing, and instructing patients on the use of various medical equipment. Handling equipment returns, cleaning, and sometimes even repair. Key responsibilities include customer service, troubleshooting, and maintaining accurate inventory.
Job Duties:
Delivering medical equipment like wheelchairs, walkers, oxygen concentrators, and hospital beds to patients' homes or healthcare facilities. Handling the return of equipment, ensuring it is properly cleaned and prepared for future use. Maintaining accurate inventory records of all equipment. Tracking what is in stock, what is out for delivery, and what needs to be returned. Providing excellent customer service to patients and their families. Addressing questions and concerns related to equipment usage and delivery.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Experience in the medical equipment field. Excellent communication skills. Inventory management. Time management. Must be comfortable lifting and maneuvering medical equipment.
