Simulation Technician Inova Health System parental leave, paid time off United States, Virginia, Falls Church Jul 22, 2026 The Inova Center for Advanced Medical Simulation (ICAMS), located at Inova Fairfax Hospital, is looking for a dedicated Simulation Technician to join the team! This role will be full-time, day shift opportunity working Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays, 7:00am-3:30pm

Job Responsibilities:
Ensure that simulation equipment is in working order and that routine maintenance is performed according to recommended schedules. Orders, stocks and organize laboratory supplies. Ensures that appropriate vendor relationships are maintained in accordance with Inova Health System policies. Acts as the primary point of contact to faculty during simulation sessions. Serves as a simulation operator by programming, testing and running scenarios with faculty. Obtains, prepares, cleans and replaces all equipment and supplies necessary for each simulation event. Operates basic and networked audio/visual equipment to record and playback scenarios for debriefing, documentation and research purposes. May perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education - High School diploma or equivalent Experience - At least two years of experience in a relevant clinical environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Simulation experience preferred
