Required Qualifications & Experience:
Completion of an accredited Imaging program Certification as a Cath Lab Technologist (ARRT or equivalent) Valid state licensure for Imaging professionals (or eligibility) Minimum 1 year recent experience in a Cath Lab setting Proficiency in operating imaging equipment and following sterile procedures Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare patients for cardiac catheterization procedures and explain processes Operate advanced imaging equipment and ensure optimal image quality Collaborate closely with interventional cardiologists and other team members Practice strict adherence to safety and infection control protocols Monitor patient status and document relevant procedure details Assist in maintaining supplies, troubleshooting equipment, and supporting emergency response as needed
