Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT), where you will play a vital role in performing advanced vascular imaging and diagnostic procedures. Your expertise will help clinicians accurately assess vascular conditions, guide treatment plans, and improve patient outcomes. Your skills in vascular ultrasound imaging, cardiac diagnostics, and interventional procedures will be essential to delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our mission of health and healing. Duties Perform comprehensive vascular ultrasound examinations, including arterial, venous, and abdominal studies, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment to produce clear, diagnostic images. Assist with cardiac catheterization procedures by providing real-time imaging support and ensuring optimal visualization of cardiovascular structures. Conduct echocardiography and cardiac stress tests to evaluate heart function, rhythm, and physiology under various conditions. Support interventional radiology and cardiology teams during procedures by preparing patients, operating medical equipment, and maintaining sterile techniques. Analyze cardiac rhythm data and vital signs to monitor patient stability throughout diagnostic or interventional procedures. Maintain accurate documentation of imaging results, procedural notes, and patient records within Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS). Ensure adherence to aseptic techniques, safety protocols, and infection control standards at all times during patient interactions and procedures. Qualifications Certified as a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) with current licensure or certification recognized by relevant professional bodies. Proven experience in vascular ultrasound imaging, including expertise in carotid, peripheral arterial/venous studies, and abdominal Doppler assessments. Familiarity with cardiac catheterization procedures, interventional radiology techniques, echocardiography, and cardiac stress testing. Strong knowledge of cardiovascular physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and diagnostic evaluation methods. Proficiency operating medical equipment such as ultrasound machines, PACS systems, and cardiac monitoring devices. Experience working in high-acuity environments such as Level I Trauma Centers or emergency medicine settings is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams while maintaining patient comfort and safety. Pay:
$40.00 - $43.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
