ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Minimizes risk of harm to patients and others by following established nursing practices and protocols and individual performance. Uses information technology to communicate, manage knowledge, mitigate error, and support ethical decision making. Continuously and attentively monitors patients' cardiac rhythms and pulse oximetry, accurately interpreting and communicating baseline variations to Registered Nurse. Collects data and documents interpreted rhythms and significant events during shift. Completes required reporting. Required High School Diploma/GED Experience
