Responsibilities Operate cath lab imaging and fluoroscopy equipment for cardiac and vascular procedures Apply radiation safety principles to protect patients and staff Maintain sterile field and assist with scrub duties as needed Prepare patients, verify identity and consent, and position for optimal imaging Monitor patients and support hemodynamic data collection during procedures Document studies accurately in PACS and the electronic medical record Perform routine equipment checks, troubleshooting, and quality control Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and technologists to optimize workflow and outcomes Follow all hospital, regulatory, and infection prevention policies Participate in ongoing education, competencies, and process-improvement initiatives Required Skills Cardiac catheterization imaging Fluoroscopy operation Radiation safety and dose monitoring Sterile technique and scrub assistance Contrast media administration support Hemodynamic monitoring support PACS and EMR documentation Equipment troubleshooting and QAPatient positioning and immobilization Emergency response in procedural setting
