Duties Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through their treatment plans and addressing any questions or concerns. Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of clinic resources. Maintain accurate patient records and manage electronic health systems, including Eaglesoft . Communicate effectively with dental staff to facilitate seamless patient care and treatment processes. Utilize dental terminology to explain procedures and treatment options to patients clearly. Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures while maintaining a professional atmosphere. Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when interacting with patients over the phone. Requirements Proficiency in computerized systems and office software is essential for managing patient information effectively. Bilingual skills are highly desirable to accommodate a diverse patient population. Familiarity with dental terminology relevant to dental practices is preferred. Previous experience in dental office setting is an advantage. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
