Client Care Coordinator — Second Shift Paramount Wellness Retreat | Haddam, CT Paramount Wellness Retreat (PWR) is a luxury detox and residential treatment facility serving adults in recovery. We are looking for a dependable, compassionate Client Care Coordinator to join our team on second shift, 4:00 PM-12:00 AM, Thursday through Monday . This is a hands-on, client-facing role similar to a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) position. The Client Care Coordinator is an important part of the treatment team, providing structure, support, supervision, and day-to-day assistance to clients throughout their stay. What You'll Do Maintain a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for all clients. Conduct regular and detailed client rounds and monitor the facility for safety and security. Provide direct support and assistance with clients' daily needs. Build positive, professional relationships with clients while maintaining appropriate boundaries. Support clients through the treatment process with empathy, patience, and consistency. Assist medical staff with obtaining vital signs and communicating changes or concerns regarding clients. Observe client behavior and communicate relevant information to the clinical and medical teams. Work closely with clinical, medical, and support staff to ensure continuity of care. Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and performance-improvement activities. Follow all facility policies, procedures, and safety protocols. Complete other duties as assigned by management. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required. Valid driver's license required. Current CPR certification required. Experience in behavioral health, residential treatment, substance use treatment, or a related setting is a plus. Candidates who have completed peer recovery, recovery coaching, or similar programs are encouraged to apply. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Professionalism, reliability, sound judgment, and the ability to maintain appropriate client boundaries. A genuine interest in supporting people through the recovery process.
