Job Description

Overview We are seeking an organized, compassionate, and dependable TMS and
SPRAVATO
® Clinician to support patients receiving advanced treatments for depression. This position combines patient care, treatment coordination, insurance verification, prior authorization management, scheduling, and clinical documentation. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, pays close attention to detail, and can manage multiple clinical and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced mental health setting. Duties Support and coordinate TMS and
SPRAVATO
® treatments according to provider instructions, office protocols, and applicable program requirements Administer TMS treatments following clinical protocols while monitoring patient responses and managing side effects effectively Communicate with patients regarding appointments, treatment schedules, insurance requirements, medication coordination, and follow-up needs Verify insurance coverage, eligibility, benefits, deductibles, copays, and treatment-specific requirements Start, track, and complete prior authorizations for TMS and
SPRAVATO
® services Gather and submit clinical records and other documentation required by insurance companies Follow up on pending authorizations, denials, appeals, and requests for additional information Contact specialty pharmacies to coordinate prescriptions, medication deliveries, refills, and patient-specific orders Schedule and confirm appointments using EMR Maintain accurate and timely patient notes, treatment records, communications, and authorization updates in eCW Answer patient questions professionally and direct clinical concerns to the appropriate provider Coordinate with clinicians, pharmacies, insurance companies, and other members of the care team Monitor authorization and medication timelines to help prevent interruptions in treatment Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA and office policies Perform other clinical and administrative duties as assigned Qualifications Previous experience with insurance verification and prior authorizations is required Experience working in a medical, behavioral health, psychiatric, or specialty-treatment setting Experience communicating directly with patients Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and follow through on time-sensitive tasks Comfortable communicating with insurance companies and specialty pharmacies Proficiency with electronic health records and scheduling systems Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach Commitment to ethical practice under HIPAA regulations; strong organizational skills for treatment planning and data collection Preferred Qualifications Previous TMS and/or
SPRAVATO
® treatment experience Experience using eClinicalWorks (eCW) Familiarity with insurance denials, appeals, and medical-necessity documentation Experience coordinating specialty medications BLS Certification required Join us as we deliver innovative mental health solutions that truly change lives! Pay:
$20.00 - $35.00 per hour
