$100,000-$125,000 (Salary Negotiable Based on Experience) Job Description & Requirements We are a well-established chiropractic practice in Eagle River, AK, and we're looking for an Associate Chiropractor to join our collaborative team. This full-time position offers a competitive base salary of $100,000-$125,000 (salary negotiable based on experience), along with quarterly performance bonuses. Our associate works 31-40 hours per week and cares for approximately 80-100 patient visits each week. We intentionally schedule 5-10 minutes per patient, giving our doctors the time to provide personalized care, build meaningful relationships, and deliver exceptional clinical outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing chiropractic adjustments using Manual Diversified techniques Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care Delivering therapy, rehabilitation, and exercise instruction Providing nutritional and supplementation guidance Incorporating functional medicine into patient care when appropriate Participating in professional development and continuing education seminars We partner with a diagnostic imaging provider located just across the building for X-rays, with CT and MRI services also available nearby. Our administrative team handles insurance coordination and patient financial discussions, allowing our doctors to focus on what they do best—providing outstanding patient care rather than managing sales or financial conversations. Our clinic operates within a shared-patient model where chiropractors work closely alongside physical therapists to deliver comprehensive active and passive care tailored to each patient's needs. If you have an interest in Functional Medicine, you'll have the opportunity to incorporate those principles into your patient care. Candidates must hold (or be eligible for) an Alaska chiropractic license. Out-of-state candidates are welcome to apply.
