In-person, integrated medical clinic, rehabilitative care, multidisciplinary practice Job Summary We are seeking a licensed Chiropractor to join our fully integrated multidisciplinary rehabilitative medical practice as a Chiropractor / Clinic Director. This position is ideal for a Doctor of Chiropractic who has experience or interest in personal injury, trauma care, rehabilitation, X-rays, therapeutic modalities, and clinical leadership. The Chiropractor will work closely with an APRN and clinical support staff to help oversee patient care, treatment protocols, rehabilitative therapies, and clinic operations. The Chiropractor will act as a clinical consultant to the APRN and will ensure that care provided in the clinic follows established treatment protocols and a trauma-based treatment ideology. This is a leadership role within a structured, integrated medical environment. The ideal candidate will be clinically confident, organized, professional, and comfortable supervising staff in the application of therapeutic services. Responsibilities The Chiropractor / Clinic Director will be responsible for: Performing and/or overseeing X-rays in accordance with clinic policy and applicable state law. Acting as a clinical consultant to the APRN regarding musculoskeletal findings, trauma-related injuries, rehabilitative treatment, and patient care recommendations. Serving as Clinic Director and providing leadership to clinical staff. Training and supervising staff in the proper application of therapeutic modalities and rehabilitative therapies performed in the clinic. Ensuring all treatment is performed within established treatment protocols. Supporting a trauma-based treatment approach focused on objective findings, functional improvement, and appropriate rehabilitative care. Reviewing patient progress and assisting with appropriate treatment planning. Ensuring accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation. Working collaboratively with APRNs, rehabilitation staff, therapy staff, and administrative personnel. Maintaining a professional, compliant, and patient-centered clinic environment. Helping ensure patient flow, treatment quality, and clinical consistency. Qualifications Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college. Active and unrestricted Chiropractic license in the applicable state. Experience in personal injury, trauma care, rehabilitation, or integrated medical practice preferred. Ability to perform and/or supervise X-rays as permitted by state law. Knowledge of therapeutic modalities, rehabilitative exercises, musculoskeletal injuries, and treatment protocols. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary medical team. Ability to supervise clinical staff and support daily clinic operations.
