Live Well Wellness Center - 2905 West Warner Road, STE 25 Chandler AZ We are an established integrative medical center looking to add a Chiropractor to our practice and expand into chiropractic care. Our practice is different from a traditional chiropractic office. We are a cash-pay integrative medical center with four Naturopathic Medical Doctors who provide primary care, hormone optimization, and complex medical care. We are looking for the right chiropractor to build and develop the chiropractic side of our practice alongside our existing medical team. Compensation 1099 independent contractor | Production-based | Uncapped earning potential Compensation will be based on individual production, with the opportunity to earn $60,000-$150,000+ annually depending on patient volume, schedule, services provided, and individual production. There is no fixed salary or earnings ceiling. Because chiropractic is a new service line for our practice, we are looking for someone who understands that patient volume will need to be developed over time. We will provide the infrastructure, administrative support, and marketing support to help grow the practice, but we are not promising a full patient schedule from day one. This is an opportunity to build something. We are intentionally open-minded about the exact structure of the chiropractic program. We want to find the right chiropractor first and work together to develop services that fit their expertise, our patient population, and the overall philosophy of the practice. This could be a particularly good opportunity for someone who is entrepreneurial and motivated to build a patient base, but doesn't want to take on the cost and administrative burden of opening an independent practice from scratch. For an experienced chiropractor, this may also be an opportunity to bring an existing patient following into a professional medical environment while having support with scheduling, operations, facilities, and the business side of the practice. You may be a great fit if you are: A licensed Chiropractor in good standing Passionate about patient care and interested in an integrative approach Comfortable working in a cash-pay environment Motivated to build a patient base and grow a practice Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and willing to take ownership of your area of practice Interested in collaborating with other healthcare providers A newer chiropractor looking for an opportunity to grow, or An experienced chiropractor who already has a patient following and is looking for a better practice environment An important note about patient volume Because chiropractic is a new service line for our practice , we are not representing this position as a fully established chiropractic schedule with patients waiting on day one. We are willing to invest in marketing and support the growth of the service, but we are looking for someone who understands that building a patient base will be a collaborative process. Why our model may be different Our Naturopathic Medical Doctors routinely work with patients seeking alternatives to the traditional healthcare model, including patients dealing with complex medical concerns, hormone-related issues, and chronic conditions.
