Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Chiropractor to join our healthcare team, dedicated to improving patient well-being through expert musculoskeletal care. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive chiropractic services, utilizing evidence-based practices to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. Duties Conduct thorough patient observations, physical assessments, and examinations to identify musculoskeletal issues. Develop individualized care plans based on detailed patient assessments and diagnosis using medical terminology and biomechanics principles. Perform chiropractic diversified techniques, manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and other evidence-based treatments to alleviate acute pain and support rehabilitation. Manage pain medicine protocols and utilize medical imaging results for accurate diagnostics of the musculoskeletal system. Educate patients on physiology, anatomy, injury prevention, and self-care strategies to promote long-term health benefits. Maintain detailed electronic medical records (EMR/EHR), documenting treatment progress and updating care plans accordingly. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care, including occupational health considerations and client communication. Skills Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and the musculoskeletal system for accurate diagnosis and effective treatment planning. Proficiency in physical assessments, physical examinations, musculoskeletal diagnostics, and medical imaging interpretation. Skilled in chiropractic diversified technique, manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and patient rehabilitation methods. Experience in acute pain management, pain medicine protocols, and evidence-based practice approaches. Excellent patient observation skills combined with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with diverse client populations. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for efficient documentation and patient record management. Ability to develop comprehensive care plans that incorporate client communication, physical assessments, and ongoing treatment adjustments.
