We offer a full range of care including chiropractic, spinal decompression, shockwave therapy, red light therapy, and neuropathy treatment. Our team is patient-first, results-driven, and growing. Position Overview We're looking for a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic to join our team as an Associate. You'll carry a full clinical role — adjusting patients, running new-patient exams and imaging, presenting Reports of Findings, and building treatment plans — while also helping grow the practice. Outside the treatment room, you'll lead patient education seminars and network in the community to bring new patients through our doors. This is a great fit for a personable, growth-minded chiropractor who wants both hands-on patient care and a real hand in building a thriving practice. What You'll Do Examine and assess new patients on Day 1 — physical and musculoskeletal evaluations, biomechanical analysis, and X-rays — to pinpoint the source of their pain Present the Report of Findings (ROF) and build individualized, evidence-based care plans Deliver hands-on care — chiropractic adjustments (Diversified and other techniques), manual therapy, and trigger point therapy — alongside our modalities: spinal decompression, shockwave, red light, and neuropathy protocols (training provided on our equipment) Manage acute and chronic pain with corrective and rehabilitative exercise, tracking progress and adjusting plans as patients heal Educate patients on their condition, injury prevention, and self-care so they stay active in their recovery Document visits, progress, and patient histories accurately in our EMR/EHR system Lead patient education seminars and in-office health talks Network and build referral relationships in the community to bring new patients into the clinic Collaborate with our care team and, when appropriate, coordinate with outside providers for well-rounded patient care What We're Looking For Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree and an active California chiropractic license (or eligible to obtain before start) Credentialed to perform X-rays as required in California Strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and musculoskeletal diagnostics, including reading imaging Skilled in a range of adjusting techniques (Diversified and others), manual therapy, and trigger point therapy; comfortable learning and using our therapy modalities Strong communicator who can deliver a compelling Report of Findings and get patients committed to their care Energetic and growth-minded — genuinely enjoys seminars, community networking, and building a patient base Comfortable with EMR/EHR documentation; committed to continuing education and evidence-based, patient-centered care Occupational-health or sports-injury experience is a plus (not required) Reliable team player with a patient-first mindset New graduates welcome (or set a minimum years-of-experience requirement)
