Approximately three days per week, with opportunities to expand About Our Practice We are a well-established, busy practice that has served the Oakland community since 2008. Located in Jack London Square, our multidisciplinary office combines comprehensive chiropractic care with advanced treatment and recovery technologies. We are expanding our clinical team and seeking a motivated, personable, and skilled associate chiropractor. This position offers excellent potential for the right doctor—even on a three-day-per-week schedule—with opportunities to increase clinical responsibilities. Our office is equipped with high-quality treatment technology, including: Shockwave therapy Spinal decompression Flexion-distraction tables Hyperbaric oxygen chambers Additional rehabilitative and regenerative treatment resources The Opportunity This is an excellent position for a chiropractor who wants to join an established practice without having to build a patient base from the ground up. The selected doctor will enter a busy clinical environment with an existing patient population, experienced administrative support, and substantial potential for professional growth. The associate chiropractor will evaluate and treat patients with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, document clinical progress, and collaborate with other members of the healthcare team when appropriate. Primary Responsibilities Perform comprehensive chiropractic examinations and clinical assessments Develop appropriate, evidence-informed treatment plans Provide chiropractic adjustments and manual therapies Utilize flexion-distraction and spinal decompression when clinically indicated Incorporate rehabilitative exercises, mobility work, and supportive therapies Educate patients regarding their condition, treatment recommendations, and home care Maintain accurate, timely, and clinically appropriate documentation Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary Communicate professionally with patients, staff, referring providers, and other members of the clinical team Help maintain a positive, efficient, and patient-centered office environment Training will be provided in the appropriate use and integration of the practice's advanced treatment technologies along with EMR documentation and billing help.
