We do this by taking our time on a thorough evaluation and ensuring every follow-up session is a full hour of one-on-one quality care comprised of manual therapy, adjustments, and rehab & strength training. They take ownership of their health, follow through on rehab, and respect your expertise. We are 100% cash-based, which means no authorizations, no visit caps, and no notes written for a payer instead of a patient. The people in front of you chose to be there and are invested in the outcome. Your Schedule. 60 minutes per patient, every time. We cap it at 28-35 treatment hours per week, plus 5-7 hours for mentorship, training, planning, and improving patient outcomes. That time is deliberate. It's where clinicians develop into better providers and ultimately into leaders. Mentorship and Team. Ongoing mentorship in clinical decision-making, rehab programming, patient communication, and professional development through weekly trainings and 1-1 meetings. Learn the treatment model:

Assessment, Rehab Programming, Patient Communication, Retention, and Outcomes. Weekly mentorship. Stage 2 — Lead Clinician. You start developing other doctors and taking ownership of a piece of the clinic's results, not just your own schedule. Stage 3 — Clinic Director and beyond. You run a location. Compensation and Benefits Starting Salary:
