This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $100,000-$110,000 (negotiable based on experience), with bonus opportunities available after the onboarding period. The associate will work approximately 4-4½ days per week , averaging 31-40 hours weekly , with one Saturday morning per month from 9:00 AM-12:00 PM . Expected patient volume ranges from 160-200 adjustments per week , with doctors typically spending 3-5 minutes per patient .

Key Responsibilities Include:

Providing chiropractic adjustments Conducting re-examinations and recommending ongoing care Delivering therapy, rehabilitation, and exercise instruction Participating in continuing education, professional development, and team training Working collaboratively within a shared-patient model Supporting high-quality, efficient patient care across a diverse patient population The practice utilizes Manual, Diversified, Activator, Thompson Drop, and Gonstead techniques , along with Erchonia Laser and SoftWave Therapy .
