Position Overview Spine Labs is seeking an energetic, patient-focused Chiropractor to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a doctor who enjoys hands-on patient care, values building relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping patients improve their quality of life through consistent chiropractic care and wellness education. Responsibilities Provide safe, effective chiropractic adjustments for patients of all ages Educate patients on movement, wellness, and the benefits of ongoing chiropractic care Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Create a welcoming and positive patient experience Collaborate with team members to support clinic growth and success Uphold the standards and culture of Spine Labs Qualifications Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited chiropractic college Active Florida chiropractic license (or ability to obtain prior to employment) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered approach Positive attitude with a team-first mindset What We Offer Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus opportunities Malpractice insurance coverage Paid Time Off (PTO) No insurance billing, personal injury cases, or lengthy treatment plans Consistent Monday-Friday schedule Streamlined systems and operational support Professional development and leadership opportunities A positive culture focused on patient care, teamwork, and growth
