LiveWell7 Wellness Center is a premier wellness facility owned and operated by a 20+ year veteran Chiropractor, Olympian, and IronMan, Dr. Mary Beth Melendez. We specialize in high-performance care, functional movement, clinical nutrition, and holistic lifestyle integration. We have an elite local brand, a thriving social media footprint, and more patient demand than one doctor can handle.
The Opportunity:
Are you an experienced Chiropractor or an ambitious associate who is tired of the grind of working for corporate clinics, but completely dreads the mind-numbing stress, overhead, and utility bills of opening your own brick-and-mortar storefront? We are offering a beautiful, fully-equipped private treatment room and office space, plus shared access to our multi-room wellness facility. This is an Independent Contractor (1099) role designed for an "intrapreneur"—someone who wants the freedom of their own business with the safety net and prestige of an established brand. We currently receive more patient inquiries than one provider can accommodate and are looking for the right clinician to help meet growing demand.

What We Provide:

What You Bring:
Active Florida Chiropractic License & professional liability insurance. 1-3+ years of clinical experience preferred (ideal for a former associate looking to step up). A hunger to build your own book of business and treat patients at an elite level. Knowledge of or a deep willingness to learn clinical nutrition and advanced modalities.
Compensation Structure:
Highly attractive, scaling tiered revenue-share model (keeping up to 60% to 80% of your collections as you scale, with a built-in safety cap to protect your profit). Run your own business under our roof.
