Job description: The Certified Chiropractic Physician's Assistant is a key member of the patient care team who assists in delivering high-quality chiropractic treatment under the supervision of the Chiropractor. This role includes guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, providing excellent patient support, maintaining accurate documentation, and helping ensure an efficient and positive clinical experience. Responsibilities Assist the Chiropractor with patient treatment according to the prescribed plan of care. Administer therapeutic modalities as prescribed, including Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS), Bi-Wave therapy, therapeutic ultrasound, cupping therapy, heat and cold therapy, and other approved therapies within the scope of practice. Prepare patients for treatment and ensure equipment is properly set up, cleaned, and maintained. Guide and supervise patients while performing therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation activities. Monitor patient progress and promptly communicate any concerns or changes to the Chiropractor. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation. Help create a welcoming, professional, and supportive environment for patients. Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and team members. Answer patient questions within the scope of the position and provide exceptional customer service. Follow all clinic policies and all applicable State and Federal regulations. Perform other duties as assigned to support clinic operations.
Qualifications Required:
Current CCPA (Certified Chiropractic Physician's Assistant) certification. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Previous experience in a chiropractic or rehabilitation setting is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional, friendly, and compassionate attitude. Ability to confidently guide patients through therapeutic exercises. Strong teamwork, organization, and attention to detail. Commitment to providing excellent patient care and maintaining patient confidentiality.
