Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Chiropractor Assistant, where your enthusiasm and dedication will directly enhance patient experiences and support holistic wellness. In this vital role, you will assist chiropractors in delivering exceptional patient care, ensuring smooth clinic operations, and fostering a welcoming environment for families seeking health and healing. Your proactive approach will help patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their journey to better health. Duties Greet patients warmly, assist with intake procedures, and gather relevant health history to prepare for chiropractic assessments Support chiropractors during patient examinations by setting up treatment areas and providing necessary equipment Manage patient records using medical software systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all documentation Educate patients on post-treatment care, including nutrition advice, breastfeeding support, postpartum care, and relaxation techniques like Reiki services Assist with telehealth consultations by setting up platforms and facilitating effective virtual communication Conduct basic patient assessments related to physiology, anatomy, and overall well-being to aid in treatment planning Coordinate with patients and their families to schedule appointments and answer questions about procedures or treatments Requirements Prior experience working with medical software and electronic health records systems Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and patient assessment techniques Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages, especially families during labor & delivery or postpartum periods Ability to provide compassionate patient service and support diverse needs such as breastfeeding guidance or postpartum recovery Familiarity with telehealth platforms for remote consultations and follow-up care Knowledge of nutrition principles relevant to holistic health practices Experience working with families in healthcare settings is highly desirable Certification or training in Reiki services or other holistic therapies is a plus Join us in making a meaningful difference by supporting patients on their path to wellness!
