So I'd rather be really clear about what this role actually is than write something vague and hope for the best. What this role actually is You'd be building something with me from close to the ground floor, which means real input in how things run. If a bit of a startup, small-business vibe doesn't excite you, this probably isn't the role for you yet. The office was built to be a genuinely happy, comfortable space, not just for patients but for the team too. We do fun team events too, you can see some on Instagram @goldenhourchiropractic. Why I think I can offer something different I was an associate myself not that long ago, so I remember what that side feels like. I've also already had my own associate, back when I was a clinic director at a previous practice, and he still golfs with me, which I take as a good sign I didn't epically fail at it. I've been on both sides of this recently, and I think that's useful. It's a work hard, play hard environment. We take patient care seriously and have a lot of fun doing it.

Schedule Starting schedule looks like:

Monday 10-6:30, Tuesday 8-12, Wednesday 12-6, Thursday 8-12, Friday admin hours. You'd likely start on something similar, and we'd build out your hours together as you get comfortable running things independently. Requirements Licensed DC (or board-eligible) in Illinois Compensation $65,000-$75,000 starting base salary, based on experience Growth I don't want to overpromise and underdeliver, so I'd genuinely rather talk through growth in person than spell it out in a job post.
