We're a close-knit team offering chiropractic care, acupuncture, dry needling, massage therapy, rehabilitation, spinal traction, and functional nutrition. We're looking for someone who enjoys connecting with patients, has strong adjusting and clinical skills, and takes ownership of their work. You should be comfortable making treatment decisions independently while also collaborating with the rest of the team. Responsibilities Perform examinations, re-examinations, and X-ray evaluations Develop and clearly explain individualized treatment plans Provide chiropractic adjustments using a variety of techniques Monitor progress and modify care appropriately Maintain accurate, timely documentation Build strong relationships with patients and support patient retention Participate in staff meetings, community events, and practice growth A Great Fit Is Someone Who Is Confident, personable, and clinically sound Dependable and able to work independently Proactive and willing to follow through without repeated reminders Open to feedback and continued professional growth Interested in building a productive, long-term role Willing to participate in networking and community outreach Qualifications Doctor of Chiropractic degree Active Illinois license or eligibility to obtain one Strong adjusting and patient-communication skills Experience with acupuncture, dry needling, rehabilitation, prenatal, or pediatric care is a plus Experienced chiropractors and motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.
