The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in manual therapy, anatomy, physiology, and musculoskeletal diagnostics. This role involves providing effective patient treatment plans, engaging in client communication, and delivering hands-on care to promote optimal musculoskeletal health. A warm bedside manner and a genuine love for helping people are essential qualities for success in this position. Duties Perform manual therapy techniques to assess and treat musculoskeletal conditions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Conduct musculoskeletal diagnostics to identify issues and determine appropriate interventions. Communicate effectively with clients to explain diagnoses, treatment options, and progress. Maintain thorough documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Stay current with industry best practices and continuing education to enhance skills. Work scheduled hours including Wednesdays from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM, at our Overland Park location, Thursdays from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM, at our Overland Park location and Fridays from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM at our Rainbow Blvd location, and Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM at our Rainbow Blvd location. Skills Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and the musculoskeletal system. Proficiency in manual therapy techniques. Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction. Ability to develop comprehensive patient treatment plans. Skilled in musculoskeletal diagnostics. Compassionate bedside manner with a genuine desire to help others. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Organized with good documentation habits.
