What You'll Do As a Chiropractor with The Joint, you will: Evaluate patients and determine appropriate chiropractic care Perform manual chiropractic adjustments Develop and communicate clear recommendations for care Educate patients on chiropractic, mobility, wellness, and the benefits of consistent care Build strong, professional doctor-patient relationships Maintain accurate and timely patient records Identify situations requiring imaging, referral, or care outside the scope of our clinics Work closely with our Wellness Coordinators to create an excellent experience from the moment someone walks through the door Help patients understand their options for continuing care, including memberships and packages We believe great chiropractors don't simply provide an adjustment—they educate, communicate, and help patients understand the value of following a recommended course of care.
