We offer a great work environment, a lucrative bonus structure and a support system to ensure success We are seeking a Doctor of Chiropractic who is driven to empower people to live better lives in an expanding rehab-based clinic in Lansing, MI. Our team is motivated to hire a doctor who strives to be elite and deliver exceptional healthcare to our incredible patients. We are a movement-based clinic/gym hybrid which views everyone as an athlete. Our doctors work directly with patients to help them experience pain free movement to meet their healthcare goals. This role includes all aspects of patient care and working in a rehab format with our trainers who do 1 to 1 rehab and small group fitness classes. Doctor must have excellent communication skills, be adaptable and have a desire to be the best in their field. All experience levels are welcome with an open mind and motivation to learn and grow. Doctor will be responsible for treating both new patients and overflow of existing patients, while collaborating with team to expand their patient base. Located in Lansing, MI in short proximity to Michigan State University and the Capital of Michigan. Our clinic is growing, and patients are waiting. Responsibilities:
Perform physical examinations and assessments of patients
Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions using chiropractic techniques
Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
Utilize trigger point therapy and other manual therapies to relieve pain and improve mobility
Provide patient education on proper posture, ergonomics, and exercises for rehabilitation
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Skills:
Proficiency in medical terminology and anatomy knowledge
Strong diagnostic skills to identify underlying causes of musculoskeletal conditions
Ability to perform medical imaging and interpret results for diagnosis
Knowledge of medical management principles for effective treatment planning
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals
Strong patient care skills to provide a comfortable and supportive environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
