What You'll Do As an Experienced Chiropractor at ELC, you will: Provide exceptional chiropractic care in a high-volume, team-centered practice Work with youth athletes and active families to support optimal movement, function, and performance Provide care for pediatric, prenatal, and family patients Build strong, long-term relationships with patients and families Educate patients about chiropractic care, nervous system health, movement, and wellness Deliver consistent, high-quality chiropractic adjustments Communicate confidently with patients, parents, and team members Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Follow ELC's established clinical and operational systems Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development Contribute your experience and ideas to help strengthen our growing practice

Compensation & Earning Potential Base Salary:

$70,000-$80,000 per year But we don't want your earning potential to stop at your base salary. Our compensation structure is designed to reward doctors who create exceptional patient experiences, contribute to practice growth, and consistently perform at a high level. In addition to your base salary, you'll have opportunities to earn: Monthly Performance Bonuses Earn monthly performance-based bonuses tied to clearly defined goals and key performance indicators. Commission Opportunities Our compensation model also includes commission opportunities based on production , allowing your income to grow as you grow your patient base and contribution to the practice. The better you perform, the more opportunity you have to earn. We believe experienced chiropractors should have a compensation plan that reflects both their experience and the value they bring to the practice. Actively licensed or eligible for licensure in Minnesota An experienced chiropractor with confidence in patient care and clinical decision-making Passionate about youth athletes, active families, pediatric, and/or prenatal chiropractic care Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume practice A strong communicator who connects naturally with patients and families Growth-oriented and motivated Coachable and open to learning new systems and approaches Positive, energetic, and team-oriented Passionate about chiropractic, health, wellness, and helping people reach their potential Someone who wants to contribute to a team rather than simply work independently We're not just looking for someone to fill a position.
