The Opportunity We are seeking a Sports Chiropractor (D.C.) to serve as a cornerstone clinical provider within our integrated care model at our Roseland location. This is a high-growth role inside a rapidly expanding healthcare ecosystem — one with a clear pathway to build a panel, help shape our sports medicine and MSK service line, and grow into clinical leadership as the organization scales. This role is ideal for a chiropractor who values excellence, teamwork, and practicing at the top of their training. You'll practice shoulder to shoulder with physical therapists, physicians, nurse practitioners, and recovery specialists on shared patients not in a silo. Candidates with sports and performance backgrounds, soft tissue and rehab certifications (ART, Graston, dry needling, SFMA/FMS), and experience with athletic populations are especially encouraged to apply. What You'll Do Perform comprehensive evaluations and build individualized, goal-driven treatment plans Deliver chiropractic adjustments and therapeutic interventions matched to each patient's presentation Co-manage cases with PT, physiatry, orthopedics, and recovery services for coordinated care Integrate advanced modalities into care plans, including EPAT/shockwave, PRP, BMAC, and IV therapy Educate patients on their diagnosis, treatment options, and injury prevention Document accurately and on time in the EMR Stay current on advances in sports chiropractic and rehabilitative medicine What You Bring Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) from an accredited institution Active New Jersey chiropractic license Strong command of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics Experience in sports medicine, performance care, or outpatient rehab preferred Excellent communication and patient rapport Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care Why Madison Medical Full benefits: medical, dental, PTO, and 401(k) Modern facility with advanced sports medicine and recovery technology Genuinely collaborative multidisciplinary team — referrals flow both ways Clear pathways to leadership, specialization, and roles in our continued expansion Steady patient volume from an established referral base
