Chiropractic Associate / Doctor of Chiropractic (Full Time Position) Active Chiropractic Care
- Commack, NY Position Overview Active Chiropractic Care is seeking a motivated, patient-focused Doctor of Chiropractic to join our growing practice in a Full Time Associate role , with an immediate start available for the right candidate .
This position is ideal for a chiropractor who values hands-on chiropractic care , believes in long-term wellness , and integrates an exercise-minded, wellness approach into patient treatment plans. The selected doctor will step directly into patient care, education, and community engagement while assimilating into an established, high-volume practice. Core Responsibilities Perform comprehensive chiropractic examinations, evaluations, and re-evaluations Deliver high-quality hands-on chiropractic care , including: Diversified adjustments Activator instrument adjusting (non-Activator protocol based) Thompson Drop Technique Flexion-Distraction table work Graston or IASTM soft tissue techniques Provide patient education on spinal health, wellness care, and corrective strategies Participate in and deliver Bi
- weekly in-office health talks Represent the practice at community events, marketing initiatives, and promotional activities Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team to maintain and grow patient volume Accurate patient note taking, diagniosis, CPT code entry and following standard billing practices.
Attention to detail creating treatment plans and wellness programs for ongoing patient care. Upholding Active Chiropractic Care's standards for clinical excellence, professionalism, and patient treatment outcomes Ideal Candidate Profile Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college Active or eligible New York State chiropractic license Strong proficiency in hands-on adjusting techniques Wellness-oriented philosophy with an exercise-based, wellness mindset Confident communicator with the ability to educate and motivate patients Professional, dependable, and growth-minded Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment Interest in practice growth, community presence, and long-term career development Compensation & Incentives
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
= $150,000 Annual!!! Compensation package
Starting Salary:
$138,000 / year + $6,000 stipen towards health insurance + $4,000 stipen for malpractice insurance + $2,000 stipen towards continuing education. 2 weeks Paid Time Off with additional unpaid time off Paid Holiday's starting first day of employment 401k with 4% employer match. Automatic Junior Partnership status rewarded after 2 full years of employment!- Schedule Monday through Friday office hours
