Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a part time Chiropractor to join our team. We adjust 95% of our patients using diversified techniques, with occasional arthrostim use and minimal drop table adjusting. We do exercises or stretches at every visit, utilizing a range of techniques such as Mckenzie Method / Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT), Neurodynamic Solutions (NDS), Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), and use Kettlebells. A base knowledge of these techniques is preferred but I'm happy to teach you. We use Jane App for charting. Ideal candidate is already credentialed with CareOregon and other Oregon Health Plans. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations and detailed medical histories, to determine appropriate treatment strategies. Perform chiropractic spinal and extremity adjustments and occasional manual therapies to address musculoskeletal issues, focusing on acute pain management and functional improvement. Most of the soft tissue work is done by massage therapists or chiropractic assistants. Develop tailored care plans that incorporate rehab exercises/stretches Utilize medical imaging results and physiology knowledge to accurately diagnose conditions and track progress over time. Educate patients on injury prevention, occupational health practices, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term health goals. Maintain detailed documentation of patient care, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations through Jane App. Skills Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology essential for accurate diagnosis and effective treatment planning. Detailed patient assessment Excellent communication skills to educate patients about their conditions and care plans.
Pay:
$35.00 - $45.00 per hour
