$95,000-$120,000 (Salary negotiable based on experience) Job Description & Requirements A growing subluxation-based chiropractic practice in Waco, TX , is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $95,000-$120,000 , negotiable based on experience, along with performance-based bonus opportunities. The associate will work Monday through Thursday , averaging 31-40 hours per week . The schedule includes full days Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with Tuesday primarily being a half day. Expected patient volume is approximately 200-250 adjustments per week , with doctors typically spending 1-3 minutes per patient .
Key Responsibilities Include:
Performing patient consultations and examinations Taking and reviewing patient X-rays Delivering Reports of Findings and care recommendations Presenting financial plans and participating in case acceptance Providing chiropractic adjustments Conducting re-examinations and recommending ongoing care Supporting community outreach and patient attraction efforts Participating in professional development and continuing education The practice utilizes Manual, Diversified, Drop, Webster, TRT, and Instrument Adjusting techniques . Patient care also incorporates passive therapy, wellness lifestyle education, and decompression, with shockwave therapy and a decompression chair available in the clinic. Doctors work within a shared-patient model , creating a collaborative environment focused on individualized, family, pediatric, prenatal, and pain-relief care.
