The Clinical Quality Specialist position focuses on creating visibility and accountability around clinical integrity and best practices. The Clinical Quality Specialist is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence through rigorous quality assurance checks, data collection, analysis, and ongoing monitoring. This role will support our Learning Centers throughout the Connecticut region only. These efforts are intended to drive InBloom's client outcomes and inform continuous improvement in client care across the organization. Clinical Reviews & Documentation :
Conducts comprehensive treatment plan reviews and perform regular CR session note checks for RBTs and BCBAs; ensures rigorous quality standards for client programs via completion of quality assurance rubrics.
Treatment Integrity & Supervision:
Monitors BCBA completion of treatment integrity checks and supervision levels to ensure accountability and adherence to clinical standards.
Caregiver Training:
Monitors client caregiver training levels to ensure accountability and adherence to clinical standards.
Client Outcomes Management:
Enters and tracks client outcomes data, aggregate clinical outcome data.
Data Management & Reporting:
Compiles and tracks quality scores/metrics on all of the above mentioned clinical integrity components.
Collaboration & Development:
Collaborates with Clinical Directors, Clinical Training, and Compliance teams to identify training needs based on quality performance data.
Team Alignment:
Attends weekly meetings with the Chief Clinical Officer to communicate quality performance data; partners with Clinical Directors to monitor clinical quality and ensure clinical effectiveness across assigned Centers. Qualifications and Requirements Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst and state licensure if applicable 3+ years experience practicing as a BCBA; experience in case management, program development and data monitoring children under 5 years of age Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively with all team members across support departments Requires strong data and analysis skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Work Environment Noise Level is moderate to loud Physical Demands Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times Travel Required Requires regular onsite presence in assigned Centers and may require extended travel based on assigned locations.
