$110,000-$160,000 Per Year Description This position is located in the Greater NY Metro Area and requires hybrid work, with one day onsite. The role involves acting as a liaison for healthcare departments, ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of healthcare information systems. A strong background in healthcare technology and pharmacy is essential. Collaborate with healthcare departments to identify and resolve issues proactively. Maintain and advance healthcare information systems to meet organizational needs. Lead system optimization efforts to improve efficiency and reduce redundancy. Resolve technical issues and provide high-level customer service. Plan and implement electronic health record systems, ensuring timely completion. Coordinate projects with various departments for effective communication and execution. Participate in maintaining project management methodologies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Act as a business liaison to ensure issues are addressed before they become critical. Provide ongoing maintenance and support for healthcare applications. Lead efforts to optimize system functionality and improve processes. Work with teams to resolve escalated issues and ensure service levels are met. Plan and implement healthcare software solutions, including training and testing. Qualifications Certified Pharmacist or Pharmacy Technician. Certification in relevant healthcare software required. Minimum of 2 years'' experience in pharmacy and healthcare technology support. Experience in implementing and supporting healthcare applications. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
