Messiah Lifeways is seeking a Full Time, detail oriented, Enhanced Living Health Information Assistant to maintain the facility's active clinical records in an organized file system. The Enhanced Living Health Information Assistant (HIA) is charged with maintaining the facilities active clinical records in an organized file system and coordinate all aspects of admissions, transfers, and discharges. Complete secretarial duties relating to the department daily. The HIA is also responsible for surveillance of all clinical records in the assigned Neighborhoods and their compliance with regulations. To be successful in this role you'll need to have knowledge of/experience in the following: Proficiency in technology and systems management
Office Suite (Microsoft), POC, databases Strong Interpersonal Skills
interpersonal, phone, and front desk communication skills Effective and Efficient
skilled in both verbal and written communication across diverse audiences. Highly organized and detail-oriented
maintaining accuracy and focus in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruption Key Responsibilities Maintain and monitor clinical records for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate documentation for resident admissions, transfers, and discharges. Support the department with secretarial duties and communication tasks. Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth information flow across neighborhoods. Required Skills & Abilities Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills. Proficient in secretarial and organizational tasks. Basic computer skills, including Google Suite applications. Excellent interpersonal and receptionist abilities. Attention to detail, patience, and ability to handle interruptions gracefully. Education & Experience Preferred graduate of a medical secretary or assistant program.
