JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Drug Replacement Analyst is responsible for overseeing the enrollment of patients in drug manufacturer's Patient Assistance Programs and managing all records and paperwork associated with the process from beginning to end. The position requires interaction with various hospital staff, patients and drug manufactures to ensure maximized drug replacement to decrease the pharmaceutical expenses for the Hospital District by utilizing free Program Assistance Programs. The Senior Drug Replacement Analyst provides support and training for the Drug Replacement Analyst (DRA) and will assist the Drug Replacement Manager.
Minimum Qualifications Degrees:
Bachelor's Degree; Business degree or Healthcare Administration preferred
School Education:
HS diploma/
GED Licenses & Certifications:
Registered Pharmacy Tech required
Work Experience:
Three (3) Years Work Experience in healthcare or reimbursement; (Advanced Excel and Reporting Skills Preferred)
Management Experience:
One (1) Year of Management Experience in management or lead experience (preferred)
