Job Description:

Create and maintain market submissions, ensuring accurate and timely transfer of information between your team and insurance companies. Access insurance company websites to quote new and renewal insurance business. Correspond with insurance carriers to obtain loss history reports, experience modification worksheets, and finalized proposals. Update the Epic agency management system to reflect all correspondence and results. Offer current market guidance to Account Managers and Client Executives. Attend in-person and virtual meetings/trainings/special events held by insurance companies. Take notes during in-person and virtual meetings/trainings/special to share essential information with the department. Create and distribute Certificates of insurance. Assist with other projects as assigned by manager.

Position Requirements:

Experience with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ability to navigate vendor or agency management systems as applicable. Proficiency in Applied / Epic or ability to learn these programs. Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat is a plus. Ability to manage client needs and multiple tasks. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
