Job Description

We are actively seeking Master's-level Social Work (MSW) and Mental Health Counseling (MHC) graduates to join our clinical team. You have the flexibility to select either our Taunton, MA or Brockton, MA location as your primary base. This role operates on a hybrid schedule tailored for modern work-life balance: you will be on-site for 1 to 2 days of in-person sessions, with the remainder of your week operating fully remote. This is more than a standard post-graduation job. It is a strategic opportunity to launch your clinical career within a highly collaborative and education-driven environment, explicitly engineered to support your transition from graduate training to independent licensure. ⭐
REAL-TIME CLINICAL SUPPORT & MENTORSHIP
Stepping into a clinical role is a major transition. We know that early-career clinicians rarely feel complete confidence walking into every session, and that is completely expected. To guarantee your success and well-being, we ensure you are never isolated.

You will have access to real-time support for any questions or clinical challenges that arise.
Active Session Support:
If you require immediate consultation regarding a complex session, our clinical leadership team is highly accessible to provide the direction you need. We support you comprehensively throughout your entire developmental trajectory. ⭐
ONGOING CLINICAL SUPPORT & TRAINING
Because clinical growth is continuous, we provide fully paid, ongoing training woven directly into your schedule. Our clinical instructors roll out a newly updated training curriculum every quarter to ensure you consistently expand your skill set and stay current with clinical best practices. Through engaging, 1-hour live training modules, you will explore a comprehensive curriculum covering: Intake and Assessment Enhancements Intake Documentation and Clinical Progress Documentation Core Clinical Relationship Skills and Cultural Competency De-escalation Strategies and Risk Assessment Measurement-Based Care and

This allows you to build confidence while expanding your experience.
