  • Full-time Clinical Case Manager Who we are: Ulliance is an international behavioral health and human resources service company headquartered in Troy, MI.
For over 10 years, Ulliance has served as the contractor to the State of Michigan's Bureau of Professional licensing Health Professional Recovery Program (HPRP), which monitors impaired health professionals, struggling with substance use disorders (SUD) or mental health (MH) concerns. The HPRP's goal is to ensure public safety and assist health professionals in 28 different licensing boards, from Medical Doctors to Massage Therapists, in obtaining and maintaining long term recovery. This is an excellent position for recent graduates from social work, psychology, and counselor disciplines; licensure is not required. General Summary Case Managers provide telephonic case management of impaired health professional by monitoring random drug screening, collaborating/communicating with the licensee's treatment team, and ensuring their compliance with their signed monitoring agreement. Duties and Responsibilities Complete telephonic intake assessments Interface with many healthcare entities on worksite confirmations and supervisors who serve as worksite monitors Maintain comprehensive case notes on all assigned cases Support Program Director in the development of required reports to the State of Michigan's Licensing and Regulatory Affairs Act as a liaison for the licensee's treatment providers Review random drug test results with regular communication with Medical Director to honor safety to practice authorizations for employed licensees Refer licensees out for evaluations for SUD/MH evaluations Comply with all HIPAA requirements Monitor compliance in the HPRP process Participate regularly in a multi-disciplinary team in the management of cases Address non-compliance through a weekly clinical team approach Maintain a Electronic Medical Record (EMR) on all assigned licensees Perform other duties as assigned or directed Experience, Training, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Master's degree in a Behavioral Science field in Social Work, Psychology, or Licensed Professional Counseling. Previous case management/intake management experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft office products or equivalent
