Available Benefits Help for . As a member of our behavioral health team, you will provide direct clinical services to individuals experiencing mental health and substance use challenges. Responsibilities include conducting psychosocial assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and facilitating therapeutic interventions for clients and their families. You will provide case management, coordinate care with community resources, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support recovery and wellness. Additional duties include maintaining accurate and timely documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standards, participating in staff meetings and ongoing training, and advocating for clients needs within the healthcare system. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, cultural competence, and a commitment to evidence-based practices. Experience working with diverse populations and knowledge of local resources is preferred.
