Brookfield, Wisconsin Estimated Annual Income:
$75,000-$120,000+ , depending on clinical hours, payer mix, and practice preferences. Build a Practice That Reflects Your Clinical Style The Hale Richlen Center for Psychiatry is a well-established, physician-owned private practice seeking a licensed therapist to join our Brookfield office as an independent contractor. We believe exceptional clinicians do their best work when they have the freedom to practice according to their own professional judgment while receiving the support of an experienced, established practice.

Whether you're looking to leave a large corporate practice, expand your current caseload, or build a long-term private practice, we offer the flexibility, autonomy, and administrative support to help you build a rewarding and sustainable career. Why Join Our Practice? A Compensation Model That Rewards Growth Unlike many private practices, our compensation structure is designed to reward your success. Therapists receive a progressive percentage of collections , beginning at 60% and increasing as your practice grows, with the opportunity to retain up to 80% of collections. Estimated annual income is $75,000-$120,000+ , depending on your schedule, payer mix, and desired caseload. Beautiful, fully furnished private office Established physician referral base Collaboration with an experienced psychiatrist when appropriate Experienced on-site office manager Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Insurance claims submission Billing and collections support Telephone with private voicemail High-speed internet Office supplies and printer Business cards Professional profile photograph Warm, collegial, professional work environment Instead of spending your evenings dealing with billing, collections, office management, or technology, you can devote your energy to your patients. Qualifications Qualified applicants should possess:
Master's or doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or another accredited mental health discipline Current, unrestricted Wisconsin professional license (LPC, LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist, or equivalent) Appropriate Wisconsin substance use credentials (SAC-IT, SAC, CSAC, or equivalent) if providing addiction treatment We're Looking for Someone Who Is committed to providing outstanding, compassionate patient care Enjoys working independently while collaborating with other professionals when appropriate Demonstrates sound clinical judgment and professionalism Maintains accurate and timely clinical documentation Communicates effectively with patients, referral sources, and healthcare professionals Maintains current licensure, continuing education, and professional liability insurance Practices in accordance with ethical, HIPAA, state, and federal standards Work Location This position provides in-person services in our Brookfield, Wisconsin office.
