Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Medical Records Clerk to join our busy, private cardiology practice located near Good Samaritan Hospital. Duties include, but are not limited to: sending and receiving private health information, preparing charts for upcoming visits, organizing and maintaining both electronic and paper charts. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a medical office setting, hands-on experience with electronic and paper medical records, working knowledge of HIPAA, basic medical terminology, attention to detail, and a desire to work as part of a team. Hands on experience with Epic is desired. Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin is a plus. This is a fast-paced office and the ability to stay organized and prioritize is a must. Hours are Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
