The Willow Ambulatory Application Analyst responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Responsible for the build, support, testing, and implementation efforts related to Epic Willow Ambulatory, Willow Inventory, pharmacy point of sale and other related outpatient pharmacy applications. Prepare and execute functional system and program specifications using structured methodology. Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned project teams and department initiatives, develop test scripts, conduct testing, support application upgrades and project go lives. Utilize advanced application & analytic skills to design, build and test solutions to meet the needs of the organization.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's and/or at least 3 yrs of applicable experience (healthcare, clinical, other IT)
Experience:
3+ yrs of applicable experience (healthcare, clinical, other IT) Florida residency (on-site support required in Lee County), full time (or willingness to relocate)
Additional Experience Preferences:
Epic Willow Ambulatory Certification/Proficiency Willow Inventory certification/proficiency Management of Pharmacy Point of Sale software/hardware Pharmacy technician experience Pharmacy technician certification
