We are seeking a full-time, skilled, and highly motivated administrative professional to assume a role as our front desk receptionist. Candidates should possess outstanding interpersonal skills, exceptional multi-tasking ability, and strong attention to detail. Needs to be a solid team player with a positive \\\"can do\\\" attitude, and leadership qualities. Responsibilities and Duties This position will be responsible for, but not limited to the following: Answering phones, faxing, scanning, and taking messages for the providers Checking in patients and scheduling appointments Collecting patient co-pays and balances Assist billing department with insurance verification, posting payments, and updating patient info in EHR, as well as backing up the billing person when out of the office. Maintaining a clean and neat working environment Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications and Skills Must have experience in the following: 2+ years of healthcare, mental health a plus Front desk/reception Basic computer skills and experience using Electronic Health Record Ability to prioritize and organize Oak Ridge Center offers medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as competitive pay.
