We are seeking an experienced Systems Designer / Analyst III to lead the hands-on design of EDC specifications for impactful clinical studies. Located in Branchburg, NJ (preferred) or near IL offices, this long-term contract role offers potential FTE conversion with a hybrid schedule.

Somerville, New Jersey job type: Contract salary: $50.00 - 60.92 per hour work hours: 9 to 5 education: Bachelors responsibilities: Translate complex study requirements and design EDC specifications from scratch to ensure seamless clinical trial execution. Coordinate cross-functionally with clinical scientists, monitoring, and statistical teams throughout the study lifecycle. Maintain TA- and program-level system design consistency while ensuring compliance with CDISC standards and GCP guidelines. Drive on-time delivery of clinical systems, integrations, and protocol modifications using robust project management tools. Navigate team dynamics, answer study inquiries, and execute thorough study reviews and closeouts.
qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree with 6-7+ years of experience, or Master's/Ph.D. with 3-4+ years of hands-on clinical data strategy experience. Expert, hands-on technical study build experience in Medidata Rave. Proven experience building EDC specifications from scratch and working with CDASH and SDTM standards. Solid working knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines. Willingness to work hybrid (3 days onsite) upon potential FTE conversion.
Preferred:
Veeva EDC technical study build experience. Phase I-IV therapeutic area support, including specialized experience in aesthetics/eyecare, oncology, immunology, or neurology.
