Job Description

EHR Specialist - onsite, Latrobe, PAAdelphoi is looking for a dedicated individual with excellent customer service skills to join our team! This position is responsible for data entry and support for the Electronic Health Records (EHR) Department.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive and process forms for data entryAccurately enter data into corresponding fields from various assigned databasesResolve discrepancies in information and obtain additional information for incomplete documentsVerify data and correct data when necessaryPrepare relevant electronic reports as neededWorking knowledge of spreadsheets (creating & using) & various reportsEnd-user support for Electronic Health RecordCreate training materials, manuals, PowerPoint presentations

REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma with emphasis on business coursesA minimum of three years of experience in an office settingProficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
