Job Responsibilities Assist faculty in lab courses with student clinical competency evaluation as needed. Proctoring exams for faculty as needed. Provide feedback to OTA faculty regarding student progress/lack of progress with skill competencies. Provide students with opportunities for remedial learning for achieving basic OTA competencies. Assist faculty in ensuring accreditation standards are met. Provide open lab hours in the OTA lab for student use Prepare equipment for instruction before and help organize after each class session. Perform other duties as assigned. Education Must be a graduate of an accredited occupational therapy or occupational therapy assistant program and hold a current NBCOT certification and state licensure/registration. Clinical experience required.
